This isn’t your average group workout. At Feed The Beast, our HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) class is designed to push you past your limits — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or walking into the gym for the first time in years, these classes meet you where you’re at… and then challenge you to level up.
What is HIIT? HIIT is all about short, intense bursts of effort followed by controlled rest. You’ll use a mix of strength training, cardio conditioning, core work, and functional movements that torch calories and build real endurance. Think: Battle ropes, kettlebell circuits, red turf lunges, slam balls, and more.
What to Expect: Each class is fast-paced, high-energy, and fully scalable. You don’t need to “be in shape” to join — you just need to show up with effort. Our coaches guide every class, correct form, and help you adapt to your level while still getting a killer workout. You’ll sweat, you’ll struggle, and you’ll grow.
